About Me

I am a 34 year old woman who lives in Utah. Yes, I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons). If you are interested in learning more about my religion, please visit www.mormon.org. I have done Weight Watchers 5 times. My third time I became a lifetime member after losing 50 pounds. Then I had my 4th child and took a few years off, but I'm back and feeling good. When I became lifetime I was doing the core plan (which is basically the same as Simply Filling). I am now doing simply filling. My husband joined with me this time (his first time) and has been doing fantastic, he has lost 50 pounds. He has now hit goal and just has to maintain it for 6 weeks to become a lifetime member. He does points plus even though I do simply filling. It works fine, because if it is simply filling, it will be low in points. Even though I wasn't being strict about my diet after my 4th baby, when I came back (4 years later) I only had 25 pounds to lose (instead of the 50 I had before). So that means I had incorporated good lifelong habits. I am proud of that. I am at 16 pounds lost this time, so I have 9 more to go before I get back to lifetime.
